Jon Sell

Array Architects announced that Jon Sell, a principal with the firm, has been promoted to director of Behavioral Health Design and will join Array Advisors, the firm’s healthcare advisory and operations optimization practice. Sell brings to the role 20 years’ experience in healthcare design. In his new role, Sell will continue his work expanding Array’s behavioral health design services and enhancing Array’s reputation as an industry leader in that space.

Sell’s career has been devoted to healthcare design, with a special interest in improving the design of behavioral health spaces. A principal for Array, Sell has focused on improving the atmosphere around the delivery of behavioral healthcare for private, public and government clients nationwide. His work has been featured in Behavioral Healthcare Magazine, and he has spoken at national conferences on behavioral healthcare design best practices. Recently, Sell was instrumental in creating a new aesthetic for the entire behavioral healthcare service line of a large health system with facilities in two states. In addition, he recently designed a patient tower dedicated to pediatric behavioral health services.
