O’Toole has 26 years of experience as an architect and project manager, working on public and private facilities. Her expertise includes the design of large-scale facilities, renovations in occupied buildings and existing conditions assessments. Currently, she serves as an architect for various intelligence community projects and is responsible for project documentation and coordination. O’Toole is a registered architect in Maryland; Virginia and Washington, D.C. She is a project management professional, a LEED-accredited professional BD+C and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
