Biodegradable Urinal Screen
Two biodegradable, fragrance-releasing urinal screens will eliminate urine backsplash using a patented bristle seal. Released by Sealed Air’s Diversey Care division in partnership with Ekcos Innovation, the products prevent the spread of microbes, floor deterioration and odors. The screens are infused with resin that uses timed-release deodorant technology, which can improve customer satisfaction. Called Power Screen and Ekcoscreen, they last 30 and 60 days, respectively, and have a smaller carbon footprint than similar products with shorter lifespans. They come in a variety of colors and scents, including fresh linen and lavender.
