AIR MANAGER

The Sigma Air Manager from Kaeser Compressors is designed to balance service hours, prevent simultaneous motor starts and maintain tight pressure control. According to the manufacturer, the device can be adapted to almost any system, and it is capable of managing up to 16 compressors or vacuum pumps, including multiple types and other brands.

The manager incorporates an industrial PC with Internet technology, alerts operators to service requirements and provides trending data for plan operational analysis. The standard software displays real-time operational status through an Internet browser on a PC. The display includes system pressure trends and service and alarm messages. An enhanced package allows for storing data for reporting, system audits, control optimization and long-term trend analysis.

The manager allows for the entire compressed air system to be monitored and controlled from any location, and the device can also manage dryers, filters and drains.
