Xmark introduces the Kisses Mother/Infant Matching component for the Hugs Infant Protection System. Kisses supports the system of identical ID bands to match mother with infant and provides automatic and audible confirmation that the right baby is matched with the right mother.
With Kisses, each mother wears a small tag that is bonded in the system software to the Hugs tag put on her infant(s) at birth. From that point, this match ensures that whenever an infant is brought to a mother, an audible indicator immediately confirms a match or mismatch. Kisses is fully automatic with no buttons to press and no wall-mounted lamp to verify.
